1937 Cord built in 1968 by SAMCO ( Sports Automobile Manufacturing Company ) in Tulsa - Oklahoma, Body Serial Nr. 84, Titled & Registered as 1937 Cord, professionally restored & converted into a Hot Rod in 20011, completely refinished from bottom - up. Powered by a V8 Goodwrench 5.7 L. / 350 C.I.D. with 750 CFI Carter AFB 4-barrel carburetor, automatic transmission - TH350 coupled by a 2300RPM stall speed converter controlled by a Hurst-2 pro-magic shifter finished by a 9 Ford differential, Ram horn exhaust manifolds and dual exhaust with excellent sound, power steering, power brakes, Super nice and super clean engine compartment, 4 new Hankook-Optimo performance radials, engine turns on by pushing a button and car drives fantastic. New Auto Meter antique gauges, Air Conditioning and Heater, Handmade dash with custom LED rocker switches, Handmade TIG welded 3/16 aluminum firewall, door panels & the rear speaker panel, 12 speakers - 450 Watt Pioneer sound system with XM Radio receiver, red LED under glow lighting & interior lighting, custom LED turn signals, Custom made front & rear bumpers, Convertible top is in like new condition and made out of quality canvas including nice rear chromed frame window, will easy fold down in the rear, very thick suicide doors and glass windows with chromed metal frame....and a lot of other beautiful options on this Prewar Style Cord. Paint is a nice Royal Ruby Redondo Pearl-Red, kind of hard to show the real color in the pics, color is different in the Sun than in the shade....paint is super nice and shiny, yet still not new or perfect, a small spider web on one front fender, passenger side....minor.
