1970 Mercury Cougar convertible Eliminator tribute

This is a great find. This is a 1970 Cougar convertible Eliminator tribute. The car has 94360 miles on it all numbers matching. This the best of both. The Eliminator had no air conditioning and a straight shift transmission and no convertibles. There were only 2322 convertibles made in 1970. That about the same as the Eliminator. The entire body and the floors were repaired then painted with POR 15 if you know anything about sealing a car to protect from any rust in the future this is the best. It has power steering, power brakes, air conditioning (that works), power top and manual windows. We did not put the clock in passenger side sorry. The engine is the original 351 C. The original FMX transmission that has been rebuilt. The rear-end also is the original 9 inch and rebuilt. The front suspension has all been replaced and an alignment has been done. New fuel tank The interior has mew carpet, seats recovered, dash cover, tachometer installed and a new convertible top with a new switch. The car has 20 inch wheels with staggered tires. The duel exhaust has just been added.
