1954 Jaguar XK120 Roadster

This 1954 Jaguar XK120 Roadster was completely restored in 2004 and is powered non-original 3. 4L XK120SE engine that has been fitted with a C-Type cylinder head. This XK120 is now being offered in Texas with a clean Florida title. Originally black, the exterior was repainted in British Racing Green during the 2004 restoration. Chrome knock-off wire wheels are fitted, and the brightwork appears to be complete. The removable top and side curtains are included with the sale, though they are in unrestored condition. The interior was originally red but was retrimmed in black leather during the restoration. Standard XK120 instrumentation is fitted, as is a correct 4-spoke steering wheel with Jaguar crest. The odometer was reset after the work was completed and now shows 5,600 miles, with true mileage unknown. Power comes from a non-original XK120SE inline-six that has reportedly been fitted with a C-Type cylinder head. A $4k re-seal of the gearbox was performed in preparation for sale, as was an oil and filter change. A short video of the car starting up and running can be seen above.
